Villa was built by exuberant Toman, as residential house, aimed to be the residence of
his family, in begining of 20th century. After he died his widow and his two douthers
lived in villa until World War Two.
Today, villa is the property of the state company D.D.O.R. Novi Sad, and it was in very good condition.
