The summer-residence, listed as a cultural property, is located on the Agricultural
farm Krivaja, municipality Backa Topola. It used to belong to a family of large estate
owners Fernbach, who had at the end of 19th and the beginning of 20th century significant
industrial buildings and large complexes of land in Backa, Banat and surroundings of
Segedin.
